case of grade ii microtia (Rt)with congenital facial palsy:Dr Nishi Sharma

Looks like cong abnormality of 1st and 2nd arch, need a HRCT temporal bone to llok for other features : Dr Karthikeyan

It is a second arch defect: Dr Sunil Katuria
