dear sir thanks a lot for this nice interesting case . sure its "sss" silent sinus syndrom , we see many cases of enophalmas w out known causes, i think that this syndrom has a grading that many cases a symptomatic just w enophalmas not diagnosed till know .

i think it is a classical case of imploding antrum. aka silent sinus syndrome, a comparatively recent entity. not very common, saw 2 cases in the last yr.
